This license applies to digital products purchased from NEXART PLAYBOOKS unless a product page states otherwise.
LICENSE GRANT
Your purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
PERMITTED USE
You may:
• Download and store the purchased files on your own devices.
• Use the content and tools within one business or organization.
• Customize editable templates and trackers for that business.
• Print reasonable copies for your own internal use.
• Allow employees or contractors to use the files solely while working for the licensed business.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the original or modified files.
• Upload the files to public websites, shared libraries, marketplaces or file-sharing platforms.
• Claim the content or design as your own intellectual property.
• Extract, copy or modify substantial portions to create a competing digital product.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.
• Use one purchase for multiple unrelated businesses or clients.
AGENCIES AND CLIENT WORK
A standard purchase covers one business. Consultants, agencies and freelancers must purchase a separate license for each client or business using the materials unless an extended license is explicitly offered.
OWNERSHIP
All copyrights and intellectual-property rights remain with NEXART PLAYBOOKS and its licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its content, branding or design.
NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Our products provide educational information and practical tools. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, memberships, revenue or any other specific result.
TERMINATION
This license automatically ends if its terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession or control.
MANDATORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this license limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
